I just got a storage unit for the second time here this summer. The manager Jelea was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible! The staff here are super friendly and they don’t make you feel bad when the time comes to close my unit! And if you are a returning customer, you get a discount on your next unit! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to store stuff!

I have been a Tenant here for 2 and a half years and it's the best storage facility I have ever rented at! The facility is well secured, you can drive right up to your unit, and they sell locks in their office if you need one.
I don't have an RV but if I had one, I would definitely store it here with them as well where it's on camera 24/7and patrolled daily.

Independence Mini Storage is a great place to rent a storage unit. The units are dry, secured, clean and well maintained. It’s the best deal I have found. Plus, the office managers are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend visiting them for a storage unit!

The manager Sam is friendly and knowledgeable, the grounds are always well-maintained, and the facility is surrounded by a fence and secured main gate. The prices are great and there are lots of different units and RV spaces. Great place to store your stuff!

Great customer service, make sure to consistently check in and call me to make sure I still wanted my auction unit and was even patient and willing enough to stay 15 or 20 minutes after the gate was to lock.

Ever since I moved up here to Independence, I have needed a storage unit. I called around and ultimately came back to Independence mini storage. What got me was the customer service specifically from Sam. Very kind, courteous and understanding. This company is very solid and secure. I know my belongings are in good hands here and for a very reasonable price.
