Had a screw in my tire, felt bad it was last minute but they helped anyway. Now I can get to and from work when I needed it the most. Good customer service as well Ty guys.

While I was getting my oil changed, I was informed by Jiffy Lube that all 4 brake pads and rotors needed replacing and needed it soon as it was "unsafe". As I suspected Jiffy Lube was just trying to make a quick buck off of me and this was confirmed by the amazing team at Les Schwab. Seeing as I already put aside the $1,300.00 I was quoted for at Jiffy Lube (just in case) I didn't see any reason why I shouldn't give my business to the people who were up front and honest with me. Despite not needing it right then and there I went ahead and got my front rotors and brake pads replaced. In the end this saved me $650 and for that I am very thankful to you guys!

Absolutely the best customers service and professional installation. Joe is the best of the best in the industry and I will continue to take all my vehicles to the Independence Les Schwab.

I had my tires replaced and alignment done for my vehicle at this location. Called for an estimate, and got scheduled within the same day. They had everything done within an hour.

Excellent service! Passing through Monmouth at night and noticed our tire was low. When we filled it, air was leaking out at the stem. In the morning, the tie was flat. A call to Les Schwab and they came out and filled the tire so we could get it to the shop where it was fixed, at no charge. Not only was our problem solved, but everyone we dealt with was very courteous and professional. We were very impressed and will continue to use this company.

My 85 year ol father went to get his tires rotated, that had a little wear but lots of tread left, they convinced him he NEEDED new tires, so $1500 dollars later that's what he got! Les Schwab used to be such a reputable place, but not anymore.

Took my battery in cause it was testing bad at oreilys and autozone an on my tester as well. I had to have this battery constantly charged over an over an it finally gave out, this battery was purchased an owned for only 18 months still under warranty. The les Schwab in independence told me they wanted to keep it over night to charge to make sure it’s bad. Pretty ridiculous an inconvenient. Drove to west Salem les Schwab an was out with a new battery in les then 10 mins . I do not recommend this shop plus the woman with blonde hair seemed biased very rude an snappy.
