I have had a really great experience working with NW Self Storage. It was easy to book online. I love that the facility is always secured and I have a personalized gate code. The indoor units are clean and it's so nice for storing small items. I just shifted to a large unit that is also clean and easy to access. Andrea and the team at NW Self Storage are super helpful! Andrea specifically helped me size up and also worked with me when I got sick in the middle of moving my items to the new unit. Highly recommend!!!

First Impressions are everything! The gentleman at the front desk who’s a Niner fan helped my husband and I get a unit, checked us in and was very welcoming. Huge unit and it’s very clean. Great Job! We love it here

My experience was similar to a previous review. I reserved a unit on-line, but wanted to complete the process in person as well as see the size of the unit in person. Austin, the property manager was very professional and extremely helpful. The process was quick and easy, the property is neat and well cared for. I highly recommend them.

Easy access, clean and pest free units. Have rented a unit from them since 2020 and have had no issues. Highly recommend and paying online is a plus!

Worst place ever a bunch of scammers!!!!!!!
This place is crap we had a unit there for 8 years and we moved out with 2 weeks left that we paid for and they refuse to refund the 2 weeks we had left and then removed our access code. Basically we paid for the whole month and only used 2 weeks they won't refund it or give us access to the unit for the last 2 weeks of the month we paid for, shady business practice and very rude customer service on the phone and in person even worse. I would strongly recommend looking else where unless you like paying for services you will not receive. Not to .mention they have a serious problem with mice and rats that will chew on your boxes and leave droppings all over your items it's disgusting

Northwest self storage in independence has been the best storage unit we have ever rented from! Not only are they clean and secure they are very kind and are willing to work with you. No matter what’s going on. If you have struggles in your life, they understand and they help you!!

I reserved a unit online and then headed to the storage facility. I was met by Austin the property manager. He was amazing, showed me the one I reserved and also a size down for comparison. The rental process was quick and easy. I really appreciated the professionalism that Austin showed, as I asked several questions and he took care of everything and set me up on auto-pay. Such a great help, thanks
