Not only were they flexible when I needed to move to a different size unit, they were understanding and super nice about it. The management was quick to respond and even bent over backwards a couple of times to make sure that I felt like I was being heard and got everything I needed. Even the off the wall request that had not been made before. If I had not had needed to move to a different city, and my life plans changed, I would have stayed as long as I possibly could! You will be missed Northwest self storage!

Very clean faculties. I called to request information and had my questions answered and then received a follow up call for the specific location from Andrea in under 30mins! I wondered if they had locks on site (you can purchase them for $17 in the office which is cheaper then most at hardware stores).They do have carts on site to make moving things a much easier process. I was able to get a storage unit the same day. Andrea was very helpful in walking me through the process of how the facility works and getting me set up. Would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a storage unit.

The facility was very clean, secure, and well lit. The online reservation was super easy, and Andrea was welcoming and very responsive. Though I only needed a space for a short period of time, I will absolutely use this facility again in the future, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Very frustrating as they require insurance on all stored vehicles, even trailers. When the insurance cards expire they don't reach out for new ones they just enact their own "insurance" charge to the vehicle without the consent of the owner.

Very respectful staff, neat and clean facility inside and out. The compound is simple to drive in, access your unit without crowding others, and easy to exit the facilities. Very secure and I highly recommend them.

Great location and facility. It was easy to make my reservation online and move right in without any hassle. I used this location to store an older camper, the space was clean, covered, and secure. I've rented from 2 Northwest Self Storage locations (Corvallis and Monmouth/Indepence) and would do so again.

I greatly appreciate how communicative and responsive Andrea is. I have never had to wait for a response, and I recognize that she attempts to reply within the same business day wherever possible.
While I've only visited the facility once, as I live out of town, the property was clean, well maintained, and easily accessible.
Though I was quite surprised to get a 34% rent increase after only three months, I don't have any major complaints about the service, location, or facilities themselves.
Being in Property Management myself, I appreciate the efforts that Andrea takes to ensure timely and accurate communication regarding my rental space and the efforts of her team to ensure a well maintained property.

Northwest Storage is one of the best places that I have rented a storage they work with you and they make sure that your unit is safe at all times. The site manager makes sure that you are taken care of at all times. Also Northwest is very clean in side and out.
