Stopped to see if I could get some assistance and get some questions answered.
As always, they were welcome to answer my questions and solve issues for me. It was a good experience and fun too! So happy I left Verizon and these two are a large part of what makes T-Mobile the best way to go . . .

“Just met the owners of the shop in a Safeway parking lot in Kennewick, WA.
The decorative and very cool logo for the car grabbed my attention.
I have never been here at the shop but when we come into town next, we will definitely have to come on by.

“All in all great service and honest work and pricing. Giving 4 star because their computer guy was supposed to clean my pc. Cleaned it, changed the admin without telling me, then said he was unable to change it back, had to factory reset the pc and lost everything to get it back to being my own pc...”

“Matt was extremely helpful!! I had pics that didn't carry over to my new phone and he got them transferred. He also sold me a new case and phone grip. He was very professional and did perfect installations on both my screen saver and camera screen saver. If I need phone- anything, I'll definitely go see Matt!!”
