The employee's were very rude. the pretzel was stale, over cooked. we got no cheese, the cucumbers were slimy, they gave us the wrong cheese, they over charged us and I found a hair in my food, very bad !?

Ordered online we got the monster sub which is supposedly extra meat extra cheese ex. This is what we got. Very disappointed and such a waste of money.

The manager just makes excuses for your order being wrong. Several orders made wrong and she can't take responsibility for it. She's a worthless

I am a regular customer here and have been for over 10 years. But ever since they hired the new cashier (Cat is her name I believe) I refuse to go in. She has been nothing but rude to me, many customers from what I’ve witnessed, and even the other employees both on the gas station side and the subway side. I’ve talked to a handful of my friends who shop here regularly and they have all had the same negative experiences with her. Everyone else there is great, but she is the reason I will now go to elsewhere!

Slow and understaffed, you'll often find gas attendants making your sandwich while the actual employees stand around helplessly. Do they all have food handlers training? Nobody knows. One time we tried to get a sandwich only to be told they didn't want to defrost more marinara sauce at 3pm on a Wednesday. So yeah, pick one of the other two locations if Subway is your jam. Try the drive thru if you want to jump the line inside- they will make your sandwich first even if 10 people are waiting in line.

I just recently ordered three sandwiches which were 9-grain wheat toasted w/ turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and MayoWhite bread w/ toasted with turkey, American cheese, lettuce , olives, and MayoWhite bread w/ turkey, American cheese, and MayoAnd none of them were wrong the 9-grain wheat didn’t have cheese and wasn’t toasted. The toasted white wasn’t toasted, didn’t have cheese, and hardly any Mayo. Finally the non toasted white was toasted when we asked for the other one to be toasted, and no cheese. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend as my experience was bad even when I got up to the window it was poor customer service wasn’t polite at all and threw everything together like it was nothing.

Subway in Elgin, OR VERY SNOTTY, and Rude EMPLOYEE!!! We stated over and over to him we wanted to scan the code for the coupon for a free drink, and get the rewards. He was just wanting us hurry and get out, he was the only person working and someone else came in the door. I walked down to the register and attempted to scan for rewards, he looked at me and said "things are already done, that's not going to work!" I said but I told you three times I wanted to use the app and get the rewards. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away!! I wonder if treating customers rudely and smarting off is the Subway way??
