I went to the store to buy a new phone and wanted to transfer to my current phone number. The person who helped me recommended a business plan which was fine with me as long as I could get my phone. I was assured it would work in a few days, but just needed to be assigned a temporary number and in a few days I would be able to get my old phone number back. I had the number for 3 days and kept calling Verizon when I had an update and the new phone locked on me. After calling Verizon corporate, I learned that there was no way I could incorporate my old number into a business line because it was on an individual plan. They informed me that I had been duped and elevated my complaint and assured me that I could return all the items and get a full refund on everything. When I went into the store, I learned its a franchise store, they could not refund me for the accessories and only gave me back $40 from the $199 I paid. I had to drive to Kennewick (2 hours away) to get my old number activated at a corporate store and a phone.

My husband and I got new phones and watches last night. Jerome was efficient, professional, and got us the best bang for our buck. We ran into some snags during set up and Jerome stayed to make sure all our devices were set up, protected, and in working order before we left. We had a blast and shared some laughs. He never made us feel like we were an Inconvenience. It was truly an amazing experience, which is a hard thing to say during a phone upgrade. We went in only because of how great he was when helping g my 75 year old mother as he suggested to her that we come look at upgrading our plan. Thank you Jerome for getting us situated, our account brought into the 21st century, and being so easy going. You are a Rockstar and most definitely deserve a raise!
