I happen to live within a mile of this store. It is very convenient for me when I don't want to make the trip to the big hardware store. They are always nice and usually have what I need.

Twice I went in for a few things. Needed help with what screws for rock/concrete. Guy was absolutely NO help, acted like he really didn't want to be there. I had a long.liat of things I needed but walked out never to return.

The old, balding guy rudely told me he couldn't process my return from another ace hardware because they're not corporate. Past experiences haven't been great either. Won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone else does.

Ashland Hardware is an Ace establishment which means having many different brands under one roof. Though a relatively small location, you can find what you need from among the densely populated shelves. I like having a local hardware location so when you need something, it's right there. Check-it out.

They are open long hours which is great for projects. Selection isn't bad. Service is hit or miss. Glad to have a hardware store in town!
