“I had A LOT of work done on my vehicle. The staff and mechanics were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and shared theirs about my vehicle with me. With so much work done, there were a couple things that I had to bring it back in for them to look over again; they did so graciously and replaced the faulty parts from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The biggest perk is that they will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when we found that my car was going to take a couple days longer than expected. This is THE place to go!”
“I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround!
The quality of their work is outstanding. The mirror and sensors were repaired perfectly, the dents and scratches on the door are completely gone, and my truck looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do.

“Rodney seemed nice, but his tech, Ruben, seemed unhappy with him. I brought my 1978 MGB to him. The big guys didn't want to touch a car of that age. The hood had flown up and was damaged and needed to be replaced. The front quarter panels also needed to be repainted. When I got the car home and in the garage light, I could see that the finish had orange peel texture in it. It had to go back and get redone, which Rodney had no problem with and was polite. I have run across a couple of small white chipped areas since it was redone. Otherwise, the paint looks pretty. I had it at a car show 1 day, and in the sunshine, you could see 2 areas where the paint is darker. The shop is very small and when I brought the car back the second time, there was no room to put it inside although I had requested that it be, and Rodney had assured me that it would be kept inside. The tech said that there was no room to put it inside when I got there. Rodney had made a heat shield for under the hood that looks wonderful but is starting to come off. I saw some of the classic car work that was done at his shop, and some of it is quite impressive. I need
to get back in touch with them and get the touch-up paint that I was promised.”

“I have never had such great customer service. However the actual paint job on my truck was so good I cannot rave about it enough. Lonnie the owner will greet you in his casual way and he listens and next thing you know you have a wonderful new paint job. He does custom paint beautifully. Can’t go wrong at Lonnies Auto Paint!!! The pictures posted were right after an unexpected red rain. Thus there was a bit of dirt in the air. After storm , wiped and was perfect.”

Yes, it is impossible to talk to someone quickly to set up an appt, so we drove right to their location. Luckily, we were able to park in front of their shop and again lucky they were not jammed with appts that day and could fix it right away.

“I had a great experience! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday by getting his car detailed. Interior and exterior. He basically lives and works in his car so it definitely needed so attention. The owner was professional and kind. He quoted me a very fair price and he got me on the schedule quickly. When I dropped off the car and he told me he would be finished in a few hours I almost couldn’t believe it. I picked up the car later that afternoon and it looked like a brand new car! “I had this annoying dent in my drivers door right above the door handle. Every time I went to get in the car...that all I saw. I was over my buddies house when I was telling him about the dent and he said call Chip. I was totally pleased with Chips work he was on time for the appointment and was very reasonable on the price.”
