“UPDATED - Feb 2026 - we had noticed a scenario with our kitchen sink and the granite 11 years after the installation. We called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon, had a call first thing Monday morning where they asked for more details. By 3:15 that afternoon the problem had been resolved with two gentlemen in and out in 10 minutes. It solved a water issues for us and we were delight and they had the skills to take something that would have been a trip for supplies and an hour or two of guess work for us - and give us a professional finish we felt good about. So even a decade later - congratulations Granite Mafia for standing by your products and install. Everything is holding up beautifully - our granite sure shines and we used it so hard! My favorite part was the polite gentleman at the end thanking us for the opportunity to make it right! That's classy.”
“Joan has a great imagination and attention for detail to create any dream remodel, addition, and or new project. She understands different styles and how to achieve the best aesthetic!”
“A delightful store with an extensive sele tion of high quality merchandise. No where else in Southern Oregon can compare. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures that are drool worthy. Light fixtures that are seriously unique. We've purchased home items there and will definitely be back.”
“Friendly staff and nobody follows you around making you feel pressured into buying. I take my time making decisions. This was my second visit here and the selection is outstanding. The choices are Quartz, Quartzite, Granite and Marble. So much beautiful material. It is worth coming all the way from Eureka.”
“The Pot Rack and its owner Erika are a true gem of Jacksonville. You will never be disappointed with the artfully crafted selection, custom designed classes with hand selected local instructors and the expertise of a woman who’s accolades and experience reach far beyond a little kitchen store in our little town. My only complaint is that sometimes its too busy to get a chance to chat up one my favorite local shop owners.”
