I forgot to order a gift for my sister in law's Birthday. I'm in California and called the store. They helped me "pick out" some plants and a card, signed the card and delivered it and the gift. It's hard to find service like that anymore. Great response and they delivered the gift the same day. Everytine I'm in Oregon I stop there.

Great little hardware store with most things to get you by. Great employees willing to assist! Saved my bacon on one of the days I needed something. Love the community!

Can’t count the amount of times Ruch Hardware has saved us time and money and a trip to town. Today was no exception. Was able to get everything on my list from Ruch Hardware and they were items that really had to be exactly right for the project. AND it was cheaper than it was listed for on Amazon.

I live just down the street from this place and am so grateful to have them nearby when certain items are needed. Saves the drive into town! Always friendly staff as well.

Surprised by the amount of items they have here, didn't need to go all the way to Medford to get screws and my chainsaw sharpened! Will be coming back when needed

Ask about the tool room for all your hand tool needs I always walk out of there amazed at how much I get for under 20 bucks

This store is has a lot of items, it also has a garden center and sells propane. Employee's are nice.

They have a huge variety of items, and if they don't have it on the shelf they were able to order it for me! I highly recommend Ruch Hardware, a great locally owned company
