“You can tell management takes pride in making sure there hotel is run correctly, very clean, whole hotel was immaculate, comfortable beds , I felt safe. And great continental breakfast lots of options, friendly staff . Great location off and on freeway and starbucks close by

“Held our wedding at The Willows recently and had a wonderful experience. Working with the owner, Joe, made the planning process (especially from out of town) much easier. He is so friendly, helped with suggestions, and went above and beyond. The grounds are beautifully kept and it seems like they continually have projects to make it even more so. I love that there are several areas to choose from for the different parts of your event. The option of having a covered area in case of stormy weather also took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The rooms for both the women and men to get ready in was a huge bonus!The day of staff were also friendly and helpful, it made our special day easy to enjoy. We loved the bartending service during the reception and that they bussed after dinner! The beirgarten is so beautiful in the evening with the lights and fireplace on, I just love it. I recommend this venue whole heartedly.”
“Update-they have outstanding consistent quality customer care. We missed a connecting flight and spent the night on the airport floor. Would have rather stayed at the hotel. But they took care of us. Thank you. Will always stay here for our Medford flights!
They took care of my mom when her plane came in at midnight and picked her up and they also let her stay late until someone could come pick her up the next day. Very appreciative!”

“I went to a work function here. It was a really nice area with plenty of usable tables, chairs and clean bathrooms. There was also a super nice and helpful lady working who helped us bring out some tables to replace the broken ones that a previous party had damaged.”
