“OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I pulled up in a filthy dirty rig. I told the attendant I was on my way to hopefully trade in the Jeep I was driving. I live in the country and it was really dirty from driving through mud daily and cat prints covered the hood. The reply to my comment was “Oh we got you” and they did!!! That dirty Jeep came out looking beautiful. They power washed it all the way around before I went through the car wash. Every person I came into contact with had the best attitude! I was so pleasantly surprised, you just don’t come across folks that put that 10% in 110% and I appreciate it so much! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Lucky’s to anyone I know without hesitation. Thank you to the crew working 1/24/26. You all were the BEST!”

“Pretty good wash. Cleaned all the parts they could, and recommended me some chemical brands for the stuff that wouldn't come off without some tough love. Y'all ever try to wash off baked on road grime and tar? Stuff's hard. Anyway 9.5/10

“Jackson's is the best business in North Albany in my opinion. It is a great pit stop for some snacks on the road and it isn't unbearably expensive. And my favorite thing about Jackson's is that when you go to get some snacks you can also stop by the ONLY Redbox in North Albany to pick up a movie or game. I can't find a bad thing to say about this store which is a miracle considering it is simply a gas station convenient store.”
