“I got two rib eyes, short ribs and hamburger. All three were of the highest quality. The ribeyes were thick, tender and delicious. I would even say they were the best steaks I've ever eaten including from my local butcher or a high end steak house. I did a reverse sear and it worked out perfectly.”

Our first night, we seasoned and slow-cooked a savory pot roast in a red wine topped with rosemary and thyme.
