Save yourself time, money, and being aggravated; just visit literally any other financial institution, ever, up to and including the bank inside of Walmart. I have no idea how Frank is still employed. Word, life.

IF I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!They like to charge you for everything down to the paper they send your statements on every month...hidden fees everywhere!! Not to mention try calling this bank to reach anyone be prepared to wait on hold for over 30minutes! Worst bank ever dealt with... Never again. I would mention more about what I dont like about this bank....but why? They say they strive for great customer service...well who is in charge of that department??...they should be fired!

The manager is very rude , the most incompetent person i have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, she is managing the bank in clear violation of federal law, i am submitting formal complaint with appropriate regulating authority and with upper management, i am very dissatisfied with this location, do yourself a favor avoid this location untill management is removed !

The bank manager was rude and extremely aggressive towards me when my mask was not completely over my nose. I had pulled it down slightly to defog my glasses. He continued his rude behavior throughout my visit. I had not planned to go into the bank but the automatic teller was not accepting checks for deposit so I had no choice. We've been customers here for 30 years and have never been treated so rudely! I understand the COVID thing but kindness in making requests to customers is still expected. Remove your "Friendliest Bank" statement. You're not worthy of it.
