I have been trying to get my mail for 2 days! Changed the lock on my prepaid po box with out my consent. I asked the rude front desk lady if I could just show my ID and get my mail, nope. Filled out the change of address form had a friend drop it off, they said no need to see my id. Makes sense?

Marked my Amazon package delivered that I sent my family then didn't give them the package until 12/26.... Amazon refunded me because they marked it delivered and didn't give the package on time which was supposed to be given to them on Monday.
