My experience with Dr. Cindy was a joy as always. Easy to say everyone does an outstanding job. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Worst Dr.s office ever. Avoid like your life depends on it. It just might. Slow to respond. Forget to make appointments that their Drs recommend. Takes for EVER to get med refills and paper work faxed. I will not be using them for future appointments. I'm afraid they will forget something again. VERY DISORGANIZED . I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. I was told by their doctor if I didn't like it that I could find another physician to see me. That's how inconsiderate and rude of a company they are. All they care about is getting your money and then they forget about you for months on end or they tell you you can't have a prescription refill because you need to be seen once a year even though you were just seen two months earlier. This place is ridiculously unorganized and shouldn't be in business. I'm reporting them to the Med board. Hope this helps. Don't get roped into worstmed find another doctor.

Once I fill out the paperwork, I don’t even think I waited five minutes and they had me in and checking on me right away. It was probably in the office 15 minutes got what I needed and left. That was the fastest most efficient I’ve ever been at any doctors office

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't as great as the other reviews. I went in with extreme back pain, had x rays done then was told I would most likely need back surgery. Upon asking for a doctors note I was told "I know your bosses just talk it out with them." This was extremely unprofessional, luckily, I went to by my primary and was given proper documentation.

Jerome was great, he read my medical records, understood the problem I was having ordered the proper test and referral. I was very pleased.

Everyone was professional and very friendly, got right in and right out. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because they forgot to call in my medicine to the pharmacy. Much better medical clinic than in the past!

My doctor, Jerome Siegel is very caring. He is a good listener and his gives a health plan that is not straight out of the pharmacist guide book. He gets my recommendation.

Staff was friendly and compassionate. I was seen right away. The nurse practitioner made a diagnosis and I’m already feeling better with the meds prescribed. Thank you!

Very good experience. Appointment started on time. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Short wait in the exam room. The only real complaint, is the usefulness of the patient portal. Not very user friendly, with few options available like in Epic based portals. No way to update prescriptions. No way to add to patient history, for treatment from other health care providers.

The Absolute Worst! I have been a patient here for around 20 years through Junction City Medical, Nova Health and finally Best Med. After Best Med took over I have been passed from one to another PA-C’s and have never actually seen a Doctor. After years of being a patient there starting with my first Doctor at Junction City Medical my last PA-C just decided all of the sudden after I had been seeing him for a year or so that he was not going to renew a prescription for a med he had been prescribing for me and that I had been getting for several years and was given to me by the original Doctor and recommended by my Cardiologist. I lodged a complaint that the PA-C started bringing his own personal beliefs and lifestyle to the job and was not listening to the concerns or needs of patients. My complaint was addressed and I thought rectified as the last time I saw him he stated that he had no problem with it and when I needed a refill to just give him a call. In the meantime and prior to this visit I had initially considered going to a new provider that was 25 miles closer to me as at my age the distance was becoming a factor along with the fact that I had to file a complaint to get my care and meds on track. I talked with Best Med office staff about it and I said I just wanted to test the waters at a closer provider so wanted to get a copy of my records sent over so I could see if they were a good fit for me. I was told that was no problem and I was Very Clear that I did not want to transfer care at this point but just wanted to check out the new provider. I was given some forms to sign to send a Copy of my records that by my own mistake I signed without reading as I was assured by staff that it would just send a Copy of my records to the new provider for my initial test visit but not transfer my care until I made that decision. I made the appointment and visit with the new provider and after the initial visit I decided they were not a good fit for me so made the decision to continue to stay with Best Med and my current provider. A few weeks later I called Best Med and talked to the nurse to have her tell my provider I was ready for a prescription refill as I was told to do and she said my Provider would probably want to see me and she would put it in the notes to him in my file and they would contact me for a visit. I said no problem I wanted to talk to him about another problem I was having anyway but he had told me to just call. We’ll several days later I received a call from someone at Best Med that told me I was not a Patient there anymore as I had requested and signed a transfer of care, which I was definitely not told when I signed the paperwork. Since then I have been locked out of the Patient Portal, I have no access to my labs or records for the last 20 years and I am left without a PCP with no health care and no way to get any of my critically needed prescriptions filled. If you are looking for a Provider steer clear of Best Med for your own sake!!

I called to schedule my 91 year old mother an appointment for a tetanus shot, but was told they don’t schedule for shots they work you in in between appointments. We arrived at 1:15 checked in at which point I informed them she had a dentist appointment at 2:30. At 2:15 I checked to see when she could get her shot, all I got was a flip answer, when they could work her in. There was only one other patient in the waiting room when we checked in. Finally, at 2:25 I told them we had to leave. Again, all I got was come back Monday. Even after explaining I drove my mom from Eugene to Junction City to get a shot. As we sat there for an hour and half I observed the woman at the desk being rude to other patients and when they shared their frustrations (politely as I had) she complained about her job and said they were going to make her cry. Yet she had all the time to visit with colleagues for the hour and half. Very disappointed with our experience in the waiting room and with the desk personnel.
