Be prepared for about an hour wait as this is a smaller office with only 3 services windows. The staff is friendly and helpful so please be kind to them. They work hard to get to everyone as soon as then can.

I understand that a business closes at a certain time butttt that being said! When you arrive well before they close. They allow you to pull a number and then because it’s 5 oclock you kick everyone out after waiting easily over an hour all because you want to leave exactly at 5! If you walk into a restaurant before they close. They still serve you even if that means going past the time they are closed. Don’t allow people to pull number if you are going to kick everyone out exactly at 5! I’d put zero stats but google doesn’t have that option.

Normally they have been good in the past so they get three stars. Today I waited there for an hour and 15 minutes. My number 699 was called and then a shout out to red carpet came. The person on the red carpet ran up so I didn't have a chance to say or do anything and to make sure my number would be called again. My number gets completely dropped and now we have red carpet calls for the guy taking his test for the third time and 700 is called up. They/700 run up...understandably. I left very angry and left my number for them to pickup. That was really a true DMV experience!!
In response to the DMV's comments below:
I renewed my registration online and the stickers never came. I called and the stickers still didn't arrive. I needed to do a name change, get the stickers and get my real ID. That cannot be done online. Thanks for the suggestion!! I handled it at the Eugene location and it went better than expected.

In my experience, the staff are helpful and friendly and wait times are reasonable for walk-ins. Sometimes, it's worth the drive from Eugene to have a more pleasant experience.
