Great place but sometimes they don't blend our drinks enough and there are large ice chips in our drinks ... makes it hard to use the straw plugged up

I understand it's a small town, but more than once I've waited in my car way after the person in front of me was handed their drink because the barista was leaning over the counter and catching up with them. Being friendly is great! Tripling the time other customers wait to order is not. I don't come by anymore.

New Irish creme kicker blended breve was good with the gold sprinks, but the new poppin boba's were difficult to drink with a regular straw. Most places invest in the larger straws to accommodate the boba balls. Apparently not Dutch tho.

Always a treat to stop by on our way through. Most of the baristas are friendly but one in particular shouldn't tell people or give people extra personal attention because she's a regular. So am I, but the lady could've waited in line like the gentleman and I were instead of the woman telling us there's no cars. I asked the barista why the lady that walked up to the window didn't have to wait in line like we were and she asked me, well who was in line first. I told her we were. When it was my turn to get my drink I explained to her that I felt bad for saying something, but she should've waited in line at the walk up window like we did and she said to me, well she's a regular. I simply took my drink and said thank you. I'm a regular as well. Getting a drink, 2 or 3 x's a day. I spend a lot of money at the JC location, donate to your fundraisers, the most recent being to the American Can er Society. I don't typically give anything below a 5 review, but I actually left upset that she said that and actually questioned me as to who was there first. I would've given my review more stars because everyone else doesn't say anything to me at all negatively. I love your coffee, teas and blended drinks, but quite honestly this one experience has made me feel shunned from Dutch Bros all together and I think after going there since you opened, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I love being able to walk up to the window and getting my drinks, the building and surrounding areas always are maintained and look nice, but even that can't keep me there and word of mouth means a lot.Update: 12-1-23 I drove up to the window after some people moved to the walk up window. I parked, rolled down my window and I kid you not, the same girl who told me that the customer who walked up to the drive up window was a regular, after cutting in line in front of two of us at the walk up window, same girl came up to my window, looked around, even out her hand over her eyes as if it were sunny outside, just blatantly looked around, totally ignoring my presence, then stuck her head back in the window and said I don’t see him anywhere, then walked off. The girls inside started talking about it, one came up to the window and apologized for “said BARISTA”! I said don’t worry about it, I’m used to it! They were all laughing inside. Never, ever will I return, with the exception of returning to speak with the manager!

Always a treat to stop by on our way through. So friendly and they're starting to remember Zoë's name. They all just love her. The service is always great and it's nice to chat when waiting.
