Switched from larger Eugene, OR dealership for a better customer experience. Scheduled oil change/lube service on older Silverado pickup online. A bit cumbersome, but okay. On arrival, met Samatha at service check-in. She actually seemed happy to help. Check-in was a simple and quick process. The dealership had clean, comfortable spaces to wait. 70 minutes after check-in, the job was complete and a still smiling Samatha saw me on my way. A much different experience than the can’t find a place to park, stand in line to be ignored, grumpy people I had experienced elsewhere. Not a big or complicated job, but a very pleasant service department experience.Services: Auto maintenance

Great service from all the staff in the service department. The sales team and finance team are the best I have ever had the privilege to do business with over the years. One of the best car dealerships in the state to do business with and I am a picky person.Service: Engine repair

I scheduled an appointment for 9am. An inspection, and diagnosis of my vehicle. 4+ hours later, I am still here. The guys in service have been nice, but come on. This is ridiculous.

Recently had my Chevy equinox in getting some warranty work done. In the beginning the told me it would take one day. So I dropped it off on a Wednesday. After I left from dropping it off they called me and said they may need it two days and at the latest Friday morning. I said that was fine but I have to have it by the weekend. Friday afternoon came and I hadn’t heard anything and so I called. Larry (the person I had been dealing with) answered and said that it wasn’t gonna be done till Saturday. I had to have the car by Saturday at noon. I made this very clear to him. Never heard anything till 2:45 on Saturday afternoon when they said it was done. By that time it was way to late and I was busy and had made other arrangements because I did not have a car. So I picked up my car on Monday. Larry was not in but the person I talked to at the counter said if it was warranty work there should have been a rental car offered to me. That was never offered to me. Very disappointed in there customer service. What happened was not acceptable in my opinion.

ASK EVERY QUESTION POSSIBLE BEFORE BUYING WARRANTY. I bought my vehicle about 6-7 months ago and have had a few issues with it. Whenever I ask questions about my warranty I get the run around “let me transfer you to this person†“uhh let me look into that for you†“well I don't deal with that so let me get you to the right personâ€. I am currently on a week to a week and a half wait on a phone call about my warranty and what i thought it covered. Just the communication is a joke. Just recommening either going to a different dealer or seeking different warranty options.

Always friendly and accommodating. The water dispenser is in the employee break room so the woman at the desk made sure to keep my cup nice and full the entire time I was waiting for my oil change.
