The handles on the gas in the self service lines dont lock in place, so you have to stand outside and hold it the entire time you're filling up. I have arthritis and this is a difficult task for me. I've started filling up while in eugene or just paying more for gas down the road. It's a shame because I get rewards with safeway, but the gas machine handle is physically painful to hold for the full 20 minutes it takes to fill my vehicle. I dont go through the non self service line anymore because my vehicle has two gas tanks, but one is currently disconnected and its frustrating trying to explain that I only want one filled and that if they put gas in the other it will go on the ground, over and over.

gas station guys were nice
we went to use the air pump
follow directions exactly
the hose it's self is bad so you have to hold it very tight or it just spits out everything
you end up losing more than you put in

If you purchase your groceries at Safeway then you should get your gas from here as well. The fuel is already the least expensive in the area, but with your grocery points it gets even better.

Employees are always so kind and helpful. They can be busy but usually it goes by quickly. The rewards option also make gas super affordable. I shop here regularly and get 1.00$ off per gallon more often than not. Not to mention, they are usually the cheaper option already. Gas is also good quality. They don't take synchrony car care at this location, however, which is a bummer. Maybe that will change one day.

Stopped to fill up a rental car prior to returning. New model and I didn't know how to open cap. Staff showed me how it works and were nice enough not to make me feel foolish ☺️

My husband is the one that fills his tank here as he has a truck that requires Diesel Fuel. I shop @ Safeway so the rewards I build up helps towards his cost of the fuel. The station has easy access, staff is helpful and keeps the area clear and clean.

Customer service used to be A-1. However, not so much since Oregon changed the law for pumping gas.

My favorite place for gas, all the employees are really great, I wanted to give a shout out to Ben, he reminds of one of our top guys at my work, he is always very kind and also professional while making you feel glad you came there. My opinion is you are very lucky to have him. He really makes a difference.
