Outstanding Customer Service from Tom at Tractor Supply – Junction City
I want to give a big shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Tom (or Tommy) at the Tractor Supply in Junction City. My wife and I recently stopped in to look at riding mowers, and from the moment we started browsing, Tom went out of his way to help us — and I mean really help us.
Despite the store being busy, Tom remained calm, patient, and incredibly relational. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain the differences between models, and never once made us feel rushed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right mower for our needs, not just making a sale.
What impressed us most was his attentiveness from start to finish. After helping us select the right mower, he personally made sure it was loaded safely onto our trailer. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days and speaks volumes about Tom’s character and dedication.
Tom turned what could have been a stressful or overwhelming experience into an enjoyable one. We left feeling confident in our purchase and grateful for the kind of customer service that truly makes a difference.
Thank you, Tom — we appreciate you and will absolutely be back because of you!

Tommy is wonderful!!! He saved my poor dogs who itched themselves to death just with recommendations on an affordable dog food! He has amazing customer service and very helpful information!!! I will continue my every two week ritual of coming to tractor supply! ❤️

This location is right next to my house and convenient so it made me sad to see them increase the price on their chicken treats from $9.99 to $12.99! I am now ordering all my stuff on line. VERY disappointed.

I've been to this store twice for a new tire for my lawn cart that I hook up to my riding lawn mower. The tire section is a jumbled mess, tires on different aisles, all in the wrong bins. Sales people have no clue what they're doing, at least in this section. Not going back.

Came in tonight to use the dog was station! Never used them before and I must say the quality of products and all the things available for me to use on my 3 pups was awesome! Not only did the wash make my life easier, but the employees were so nice they definitelymade my experience a 5 star!!! They kept the room open for a bit longer so I could wash dog number 3 and didn't have to come back in the morning! I will definitely be bringing my pups back!

Drove 32 miles there to buy sone toe warmers because their website listed them as "available in store". When I arrived the checker said that they had just put them away for the season yesterday. They refused to get them out of the storage. If the website says it is available do not count on the items being available at the store.
