“A few months back a business in another state charged us for work never done to our vehicle and posted further charges manually to our credit card totaling close to $30,000. I would like to thank Angela S. and Dan F. for their help in disputing these charges. They spent a lot of time with myself and my daughters explaining Card Member Services communications to us. They each got on the phone at separate times and talked with Card Member Services trying to help us in every way possible.
