Incredible service from Angela and Dan.My folks (in their 80’s) had a very large fraud issue with their credit card through US Bank. We made many trips into this branch where Angela and Dan helped us for hours each time. Their work and patients with us helped navigate the fraud and Visas nonhelpful communication. Without their help I’m positive we would still be fighting the claims.I truly cannot say enough about their patience with explaining what was going on and repeating it in a different way if we had questions. These two fought for my parents and what was right.Sitting in this bank for hours as they worked for us I was able to see folks come and go where employees greeted patrons by their first name, ask how their family (by name) was doing, or how there day was going at work (naming their employer). This staff cares for the people who bank here and care about their community.Thank you for all you did for us and all that you do for others!

A few months back a business in another state charged us for work never done to our vehicle and posted further charges manually to our credit card totaling close to $30,000. I would like to thank Angela S. and Dan F. for their help in disputing these charges. They spent a lot of time with myself and my daughters explaining Card Member Services communications to us. They each got on the phone at separate times and talked with Card Member Services trying to help us in every way possible. To date the fraudulent charges have all been reversed with one still pending. Thanks to both of you for your invaluable help. You are superheros in my book.

Branch manager policy to hold paychecks that were not direct deposit has interfered with paying bills, babysitters groceries and other necessities on multiple occasions. The line is terribly slow and tellers staunchly uphold the branch managers personal policy. Why anyone has to wait 3-5 days to have full access to their money on a reoccurring basis is beyond reason.

Lovely people for the most part but I'm not happy with the fact that they have been closing at 4 now because of that I haven't been able to deposit some checks because I can't get there tell around 4:30 so I'm stressing a lot about my account

Refi to pay off my old home lone and now I have to pay about 900.00 more to my old bank becuse they sent the payoff shot. Not a good experience at all took almost 2 + months to close a refi. And to make it worst I got offered a 50.00 gifcard to any restraint in Junction City.

I have never had really great service from this bank. I think, it is the only bank, not opened until 6:00. They close at 5:00. If you work until 5:00, you can never even get to this bank. Really bad service! I went to Selco, and they really care about their customers. They are even open on Saturdays.

This is the most worthless waste of time bank I've ever had the displeasure of using every other us bank in Lane county will work with me on my transactions except this one I don't understand what the disconnect is but they are a completely useless institution I'm doing my banking elsewhere from now on...I'd give you zero stars if it were possible
