From dropping off my vehicle, to rental car agency pick up, to commute to rental agency, to driving off the lot, the whole experience took about 45 minutes. Lorenzo communicated every step in the process, and even with delays on parts, still got my vehicle back to me before the original quoted date. Professional and courteous. I can't recommend a better collision repair Co in the area. Really took care of me and my vehicle.

This is the 2nd time I've used Caliber and I am very happy I did. My car was in and out very quickly. They kept me updated the whole time. I was even able to leave my rental car with them and they took care of it. My car looks brand new and it was all clean inside.

I used Caliber in Keizer, OR and had a great experience not only with the repairs they did to fix my vehicle as well as the excellent customer service and keeping me posted from beginning to end how things were going, by sending me messages where things were at and the anticipated time my vehicle would be done. I worked with Sam and he has excellent customer service and listens to what you have to say. I loved that he kept me posted to know when my vehicle would ready. I highly recommend Caliber, they did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle. I would definitely recommend sending my family and friends to use them if needed.
