I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but I will say this he deserves employee of the year! Not only did he have 5+ costumers in store but he was also the only rep and he was so patient and kind with everyone. He also put on a show for my toddler to keep her calm as we were in there for along time! It was truly the best interaction Iv had with any kind of customer service/ retail worker!!!!

Juan was absolutely amazing and helped us so much. It's always a headache getting a new phone and he made the process very easy! I cannot recommend him enough. That man needs a raise!

They put my boyfriend on a business plan for a single line which jacked up the price without asking him or telling him they did that. only to find out that he had to go through customer service to change it. He was unable to do anything in store

Came to pick up a phone we had on hold for my mom. The lady Liliana was not very helpful. She Seemed very annoyed when we asked questions about the phone and the promotion. She was not courteous at all and was even more annoyed when I asked for a receipt. She needs to learn how to treat customers.
