06-17-24 Actually, the Hispanic man who was working today, terrible service, knows absolutely nothing about car parts. I asked him a couple of things I needed to know and he just limited himself to saying that he didn't know.

I come here all the time and all the employees are great people. John helped me today and gave me good info on what I needed for my bronco project, was very helpful, and didn’t waste time either which was fantastic. He needs a raise for sure. 10/10 John is THE MAN???
I should add that I don’t know John from Adam, so this isn’t a fake post.

As almost always stood at counter for over 10 min (people behind me too), No one in site. Guy at commercial desk yelling to someone in back but both out of site. Finally guy at commercial counter comes over to get my prepaid part. I dont know why i went to Auto Zone, but i usually go to O'Reilly because much better customer service

I received some of the worst customer service from the Keizer AutoZone today. I ordered a part that was in stock at the South Salem store, they transferred my part to the Keizer store and called me to notify me that it had arrived, I asked them to put it in will call under my name and they agreed. Upon arrival to pick up my part I told them that I had a part in will call under my name, the attendant told me that they do not have will call and didn't hold parts, I notified him of the name of the attendant that had helped me and also called me the night before I arrived and he said that he was not working that day, I was very disappointed after he then raised his voice at me and wouldn't even look for my part. I thanked him kindly for his time and walked out. NAPA here I come!

I give this store a 5 star! Don was so helpful and professional! He took the time to help me find the fuse I needed, and also helped me change it out. Thanks again Don! I will definitely be sending friends and family to your store.

My headlight died and needed to be replaced , I found the bulb on my own but had the counter confirm it was correct.The gentleman offered to change it out for me and I asked him to teach me so I know for next time.Cars are not my thing but having someone take the few moments to show me how to do this task was great learning experience!Thank you
