My (now) fiance custom designed my ring with Boucher's. It's perfect, and my fiance said Boucher was great to work with. They worked with his budget and they were super helpful. They brought in lots of options for him to look at and we're really pleased with the results!

I sincerely wish I could leave a 100 star review! Five just isn’t enough. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and oh my goodness! Jewelry is the business for her because she is a gem. Amber worked with me on every detail of customizing and upgrading my wedding band. Previously, I had a “cage” or “wrap” around my engagement ring as my wedding band. Honestly, by the time it came to the wedding band all those years ago, we were out of money and picked a cheap option. The old bands hit the side of my engagement ring which had pretty details I missed seeing. On my birthday, I drug my husband into their store and was greeted by Amber. We texted ideas back and forth and she gave me great input and the results are amazing! Everything about this process exceeded my expectations. I am over the moon and will be a lifelong customer. I’m including a before and after picture of my wedding and engagement rings!

We went in looking for a specific kind of ring and to see different sizes of gems to get a feel of what kind/size wedding ring we want. The woman in there immediately told us they didn’t have the size we were looking for. We had to ask her to measure the gems on one of the rings which ended up being almost the exact size we had wanted to see. She seemed uneasy about us being in the store and a bit reluctant to help. Otherwise, they had some decent non-Diamond options.

I dropped off my (now) fiance's heirloom engagement ring for cleaning and resizing, and got a two week estimated turnover. When I called back to see if I could withdraw it for engagement photos, I was told the Jewelers could put a rush on it. I got it back finished the next day! I'm blown away by the consideration and kindness of this family, as well as their efficiency and skill. I couldn't recommend another jeweler more.

Went in to get an appraisal on some gold pieces then go to a different one I've used before and got double the amount will not recommend to anyone.
