Having been a customer for about 20 years and 3 name changes it looks like it's time to find a new bank. Make sure you don't get "their" credit card, it's a 3rd party. Way to screw the customers.

Google maps shows hours open at 9am. I arrived and they don’t open til 10. Branch needs to update hours on Google.

I was looking to deposit a large amount of cash and open an account when they couldn't help me. I was extremely disappointed. They encouraged me to come back when they had more staff. I have very limited time during "banking hours". Very sad to be turned away by a bank in my own backyard.

Keizer branch has very little sitting room and seemed shorthanded. Very long wait and I finally walked out.

Well their is a Branch in Keizer where I have tried to open a account because of location convinces but after asking for this service I was looked up and down by staff and told Bank of America was down the street So I left. I came to use the ATM in the past two days and than decided well since the ATM approved my transaction then maybe I can go inside to see about making change of one if the twenty's I pulled and about opening up a bank account. Yesterday. I was told they was a national quarter shortage and they where unable to do anything for me but just exchange the twenty for one's and a ten. Okay thank you but was unable to open a account. Their enrollment is full apparently. Today I went into the keizer branch again after using the ATM once again to see exchange another 20 I pulled for one's and a ten and was told that the new policy is they are unable to offer any type of service to anyone but bank members... I am just surprised that their are any members because of the previous times I was turned away. The customer service is unfriendly, no smiles or eye contact and as If I am such a inconvenience and unworthy of services. Is their another rule that Columbia Bank has that you deny service just by the persons physical appearance or is their another reason why I am unable to get any type of services that you guys offer?

Branch manager, Sarrah McMaster, was unprofessional by not having patience with my mother who is older and has been banking with them since we were kids. If people don’t have patience or a good a attitude to make daily interactions with the people who bank with them then THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. We will be withdrawing all our money because of the way they treat their customers. This has happened multiple times. It’s a shame this bank hires people with low skill to show kindness and professionalism.

It is amazing how many issues I have had with this Branch. Forgeting to proccess requests causeing me to not have access to my funds or even the use of my debit card. Having people park infront of their ATM but not turing the ATM sign off, so people just waiting in line for absolutely nothing. The tellers inside were fully aware of the line yet did NOTHING about it. I had to walk out of the bank as a customer to tell the people in line the atm wasnt working and they told someone to just park there. Very unprofessional.
