This is not meant to be offensive in the least, but how do you wake up in the morning? First of all, I'm rating OnPoint 4 stars (would be 5 if they didn't make a mistake orinting out my card then charging ME $5 for a new one, or if the manager at the Commercial St location had gotten back to me about an important stock transfer issue), but Sheila Faulkner's review was hard to read. Speaking as a first-generation American, believe me that most non-English-speaking Americans are not sitting there brooding over the lack of ESL-related accommodations. And the other things that seem to keep you tossing and turning at night aren't things these groups need you fighting our battles for us. Until you understand how we really feel, we don't appreciate words being put in our mouths. My parents--and even my grandparents--all loved OnPoint. And my father was also disabled. It doesn't mean he was a weak man who needed accommodations. I never knew him once to complain about such things, so please stop assuming. Find your own battle to fight, and let us fight ours. “Spent most of the day calling back and forth between the issuer of a payment and the bank to figure out what happened - both sides were very professional, but it was a very frustrating situation nonetheless… Then I finally walked into the branch to get it all resolved and May was stellar! She was so helpful, made some calls and was able to figure out what was going on very quickly. I was given all the information I needed for resolution and I can move on with the weekend knowing exactly what to expect with the upcoming weeks (as we work toward remedying the mix up). I’ve never worked with other people at this branch, but I can say that May was professional, kind and all around awesome. Great experience at the bank on a busy Friday (at the end of the month no less!), which was unexpectedly wonderful. Thank you!!”
“I just had to leave this Keizer branch after moving to the coast but kept them for a while and did banking from a distance. I finally closed my account and do banking here but let me tell you leaving maps was sad because they took care of me these last few years, they helped me during times of trouble and customer service was always great. I did a few loans through them as well. I highly recommend maps.”
