This is not meant to be offensive in the least, but how do you wake up in the morning? First of all, I'm rating OnPoint 4 stars (would be 5 if they didn't make a mistake orinting out my card then charging ME $5 for a new one, or if the manager at the Commercial St location had gotten back to me about an important stock transfer issue), but Sheila Faulkner's review was hard to read. Speaking as a first-generation American, believe me that most non-English-speaking Americans are not sitting there brooding over the lack of ESL-related accommodations. And the other things that seem to keep you tossing and turning at night aren't things these groups need you fighting our battles for us. Until you understand how we really feel, we don't appreciate words being put in our mouths. My parents--and even my grandparents--all loved OnPoint. And my father was also disabled. It doesn't mean he was a weak man who needed accommodations. I never knew him once to complain about such things, so please stop assuming. Find your own battle to fight, and let us fight ours.
