I have 3 small dogs, one is a senior (15 yrs). This is the best vet clinic we have ever been to. Kind, so knowledgeable, flexible scheduling, fair pricing. But most of all, it's the high quality of care we receive. The doctors and staff at this clinic are so genuine. I always learn so much - They explain everything so well, and make you feel comfortable about each concern / procedure. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you for caring for my pets as much as I do.

We love Creekside. They really care about their patients and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Dr. Eggert is wonderful with our birds, and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

I will never own a pet in the Salem-Keizer area unless we can be with Creekside Veterinary Clinic. Their vets, techs, and staff are truly wonderful across the board, and the care they provide is tireless and top-notch.
When we adopted our sweet reactive pup, vet visits were a nightmare until we found Creekside. Even though he was supremely challenging at the vet, they never made us feel judged or like we were a burden, and they always took the time and effort to ensure that our dog was given the kindness, positivity, and space he needed to lessen his stress as much as possible. When he got sick out of the blue with an extremely difficult-to-diagnose illness, they were with us every step of the way, up to and beyond his passing. I genuinely would not have survived the experience without the Creekside team, who were able to provide a level of support that no one else could during a terrifying and heartbreaking time.
Dr. Eggert, Dr. Strahon, and Dr. Angstrom are not only wildly smart, incredibly talented, and deeply dedicated in their practice - they are also skilled and straightforward communicators who are able to navigate complex conversations with compassion. All three doctors -- and so many others on the team -- went out of their way for us, and I want to give a particular thank-you to Dr. Angstrom and Allison, who gave us a level of comfort and peace on our dog's last day that I didn't think would be possible.
If you are lucky enough to be with Creekside, please treasure them and tell them how awesome they are! This clinic is a gem, and you and your pet(s) will be in the best of hands.

Everyone is super nice here. They work with you to get your pet in with a last minute appointment. Vets know their stuff and helpful.

I have been meaning to write this for a while, this is the very best, by far, veterinary I have ever been to. I have been going to them for a few years at this point and they have provided top quality care always, which in our case included major surgery on our 15 year old "pup". They are always completely communicative and explain everything patiently. Even better than that they are the nicest bunch of people and I firmly believe they care about the animals they treat. If the website would let me grade them for 20 stars I would, but alas I am only allowed to grade a 5, a far cry from from just how great this place is in my opinion. I should be treated so well by my own doctor :)

Very good taking care of our dog ,we made an appointment for shots couple weeks later but our dog wake up limping so we call them and we were able to get her the same day ,X-ray and shots done same day,very knowledge and understanding of how to take care of our dog

Their team is very caring. Have taken care of three of our dogs and helped us through the process of having to put one of our pups down unexpectedly. Stayed late on a last minute emergency visit.
Also rates are better than past vets we have been to. Especially for dental work.
We are very happy with the service they provide and they do curbside checkins and visits in case it isn’t easy to get out of the car. I have two toddlers.

This was my first visit to Creekside after obtaining our first pet. I wasn’t sure what to expect but from beginning to end I felt at ease and overall felt so lucky to not only have them down the street from my home but to know I now have an awesome vet team for our pets needs. Dr. Mattesen and her assistant were wonderful and super helpful in answering all our of questions. My cat was initially very nervous and they just took great care of him. The whole experience was great. Would highly recommend them!!!
