We received excellent customer service from John. He was very helpful with fixing the issue we had with our phone and was very quick and professional. We will definitely be back to this particular location in the future.

What a joke. I went in with my mom to pay my disabled grandmother's bill and the 3 people working couldn't be more oblivious. The only other person there ( a customer) was the one to tell them how to do their job's! Go literally anywhere else.

The guy that helped was really above and beyond with customer service. Not sure what his name was but he was pretty awesome. Me and my mom both got new phones and we both forgot our account passwords for our old phones and he helped us recover them. I was really grateful for him and this place. I'm loving my new phone so far and my amazing pink glittery phone case.
