rude customer service the aisles are never stocked. One time I went in, and the cashier yanked a divider from my hand and said that I'm not allowed to use it. now I understand they have rules, but they should not treat their customers that way, I said that to the cashier, then he continued to say that he "uses that divider to push back items in the takeout aisle" and continued to shove all my products back and said "you see just like that." With that being said only one of the many instances I've experienced, shame to the poor condition of the store and severely poor choice in employees. you don't have to hire local scum to stay in business dollar tree. I have been here throughout the recent years and have yet to come across a decent employee. I will gladly not be spending my money or wasting my time there.

I mean....where else can I get Parmesan cheese, flip flops, socks and Valentine's Day decor? Ok ok...Target, Walmart, etc, but where can I take a crisp ten dollar bill and get all of these. And hangers!!! I got hangers too! Am I gambling on the socks not getting a hole in the toe? Sure. Do I think there could be lead in the cheese? I mean...yes. I will say that I spent a half hour in this green paradise and left very happy with the customer service and that is worth the $10 and all the cheese.

Love the employees but the weird smell in some aisles is just horrible. As well, not Alot of things in stock at the moment.

Usually has ONE single employee working at a given time regardless of how busy they are at the time. The aisles are chaotic and items are sort of strewn about the place and all over the floor. But when the manager hides out in the office all day leaving one person to man the cash registers, that sort of thing is understandable.

I like going to the Dollar Tree for certain things. However, this last time there was quite the long line and I saw 2 employees helping one lady get balloons filled. Not sure why it took 2 employees 10 minutes to fill 3 balloons, but one of them could have helped the single cashier out... I almost left but I really needed my items, and I didn't have time to go anywhere else.... eventually one of the employees opened another lane. But they didn't seem very concerned with the long line.... just my own opinion. Overall, the Dollar Tree is usually a great place to shop tho...

They didn't have exactly what we were looking for but overall I had the experience that I was shopping at a Goodwill. The cashier was really not interested in even common courtesy conversation. No hello, no nothing. The place was a mess.

I would give this place a 0 star. It was clean but the workers were so rude. The store's workers are so untrained. They scanned one of my items twice when I only bought one. The stupid worker didn't even care. He grabbed the receipt and threw it. I would rather go to a different place than Dollar Tree.

Found what I needed but several shelves in different departments were empty. The seasonal area was well stocked

This Dollar Tree was clean and stocked pretty well. It’s cool that they have rockstar and bang energy drinks. Since increasing items to $1.25 it seems like they have more name brand things and more options. A staff member even offered to help me find something. Cleaner than some of the Dollar Trees in Salem.

Finally after more than a year they brought management in to stock the extremely empty shelves! I figured they were going to close this location down, they had new employees last less than a week it seemed, and nothing worth stopping in for stocked. I am hopeful it stays as it is now, if not then it should be replaced with a different store.

Laura (Lora?) was really rude today at check out. We purchased a variety of items. My one year old was carrying a balloon on a stick through the store and we put it back on a shelf before checking out. Laura asked if we were buying the balloon and I told her we were not. She asked where the balloon was and I told her we had put it back on a shelf. She said "you put it on the floor. Ok." With a lot of attitude. There was another employee who seems very nice but I didn't catch her name as she was not assisting us.
