“DPS has been a great local business to work with. I've bought 2 or 3 laser printers from them over several years. I've also had some printers fixed and I buy my toner from them. Now that I think about it, I probably bought my first printer from them 7+ years ago.

When I've needed a new printer, Mike has done a great job asking questions about how I need to use a printer and offering a few good options at a few different price levels. He compared overall cost vs initial cost, cost per page depending on how many pages would be printed, and talked about reliability and cost to service in the future. I felt lost and overwhelmed looking for and comparing new printers. He made it easy - so I've gone back to DPS a few times.

DPS can install your new printer, come out and service laser printers, or you can drop off a printer to be diagnosed and fixed. The repair / install techs show up on time and know what they are doing.

Instead of a quick sale, I feel like DPS has my best interests in mind and is looking for long term business through great customer service, product support, and the sale of reliable products that work hard. I highly recommend doing business with DPS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I brought my phone in because of a cracked screen and only half of screen was visible. I got to CPR at 11 AM for my appointment and they said they would call me when it was fixed. They called me at 12:30 PM and it was fixed.”

“Bought a new screen and battery for my used Iphone 11 Pro Max on May 28, 2025. Both things never worked well as they were NOT official Apple products. Finally after less than 3 months the battery totally failed and I finally bought a new Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max which is what I should have done in the first place !! I will never use this store again for this kind of repair. BEWARE !!

follow up.. based on the owners reply the other day i called their customer service number and talked to my local store that had repaired my iphone 11 pro max .. they were very professional and mentioned that my battery they had provided 3 months ago had a 6 month warranty. they replaced the bad battery with another one immediately and the phone is working perfectly now. No charge !! I am satisfied that this store will provide great service and backup their products with good warranties.. I will use them in the future for sure..”
