I go in during a weekday non busy workday and there are 2 to 3 employees working. First of all the floor is super dirty, so while trying on shoes I get my feet dirty, and so do my brand new shoes. The employees are gossiping talking bad about another coworker so they go to the back room and you can hear them cussing. When go to pay, there is no one. They are all too busy gossiping. When they finally notice me I kindly say to them in a quiet voice, “when I was trying on shoes, my feet got dirty. I think the floor needs some sweeping.” There is some misinformation on a price but the clerk was hesitant and lazy to go check, I had to persuade her. Which I hate. I shouldn’t have to tell others how to do their job. Anyhow, she didn’t asked me for my rewards number so I had to go back and and return my shoes and buy them again. When I went back in was the associate sweeping the floor , nope. She was texting and talking bad about her coworkers. It has a very unprofessional and toxic environment. Sorry associates 305982 and 317349. But I was expecting more professionalism.

They definitely deserve a 5 star. Why, because I bought some water proof boots ? there. They turned out to not water proof about two weeks later after wearing them I decided to call and take them back. Mary who works there told me without hesitation said bring them back and get another pair or a refund. I did not want a refund because that is the only place I will go because they have wide variety of shoes and boots. So I found another pair didn't realize after wearing them they wasn't wide so I went back and took return them again no problem. It gets better. They are so nice at that store they ordered a pair for me they cost about 10 dollars more but it was well worth it. Thank you for your service. I hope people go there because it's well worth it. I never heard of any place talking back shoes after wearing them. Keep the great service up

It's a shoe store, one of very few left, so I enjoy going and trying shoes on the old fashion way. Internet has ruined ALOT in my opinion !

When I bought my shoes I was told the return policy was any condition, any length of time returns will be accepted. Went to return the shoes and they said they must be unworn. WHAT THE HECK? scam.

Meh selection of shoes. Everything is black, little variation. Don't know if that's seasonal/in-style, but I prefer a pop of color on my shoes.

Very nice and accommodating employees. Very clean and organized. Prices of shoes especially children's shoes and clearance are a little expensive but otherwise very nice and pleasant shopping experience.
