They definitely deserve a 5 star. Why, because I bought some water proof boots ? there. They turned out to not water proof about two weeks later after wearing them I decided to call and take them back. Mary who works there told me without hesitation said bring them back and get another pair or a refund. I did not want a refund because that is the only place I will go because they have wide variety of shoes and boots. So I found another pair didn't realize after wearing them they wasn't wide so I went back and took return them again no problem. It gets better. They are so nice at that store they ordered a pair for me they cost about 10 dollars more but it was well worth it. Thank you for your service. I hope people go there because it's well worth it. I never heard of any place talking back shoes after wearing them. Keep the great service up

It's a shoe store, one of very few left, so I enjoy going and trying shoes on the old fashion way. Internet has ruined ALOT in my opinion !

Meh selection of shoes. Everything is black, little variation. Don't know if that's seasonal/in-style, but I prefer a pop of color on my shoes.

Very nice and accommodating employees. Very clean and organized. Prices of shoes especially children's shoes and clearance are a little expensive but otherwise very nice and pleasant shopping experience.

Good selection, friendly, helpful staff and I caught a sale. They have a nice selection if wide width shoes, which is hard to find in most stores.

When I bought my shoes I was told the return policy was any condition, any length of time returns will be accepted. Went to return the shoes and they said they must be unworn. WHAT THE HECK? scam.

I want to thank Famous Footwear employees Mary & Anna @ Keizer Station! My wallet was stolen & the thief kept my wallet, cash & credit cards but tossed my driver driver's license, medical cards, etc in a plastic bag & threw it on the road. A woman found it & took it into Famous Footwear. Anna & Mary took the time to look through it and found my husband's ph # as an emergency contact.They called him & then kept everything safe until I was able to pick it up. Thank you Mary & Anna for being great employees & kind people! So appreciated!!

I spent well over $100 & they seriously lacked customer service. There was 3 customers in when I walked in and all the associates were standing and conversing amongst them selfs vs helping Any one I was in the store 30 minutes and stood at the register for 5 before any one came and cashed us out

It was my favorite store in Keizer.A week ago I asked the worker at the store for a pair of crocs and 2 pairs of Vans and the girl told me that they did not have them in stock in the store but that she would order me from her computer and the 3 pairs would arrive at my house. , on Wednesday only the crocs arrived, I followed up on my order with the receipt that the girl gave me and it appeared that I no longer had any orders waiting, but I thought they would arrive on Friday and I waited. That Friday nothing arrived and I went to the store and now a boy attended me and told me that there was probably an error in his computer when placing the order but that he was going to call a number to fix the error, and he would return the called in a while and he didn't call me. The next day, Saturday June 4 at 12:30 pm I went to the store to ask again what happened to my order and they called the manager on duty and I explained the problem and I showed her the receipt and she told me that the receipt it showed that I only ordered the crocs with home delivery and the 2 pairs of Vans I took that day from the store and I said Noooo, the girl here made the order for me on her computer and she told me that the 3 pairs would arrive to the house, because there were none in the store, so how come it appeared that I should take them home that day if they didn't even have them in stock? and I told her if you think I should take them check your cameras there you have the date and time on the receipt and check if I left the store with something, and she told me that they did not have cameras that what looks like a camera is a counter of people ? (I really didn't believe her). I told her do you think I want to tarnish my credit for a pair of shoes??? check well or call the girl who made the order to find out what really happened. In the end, she told me, well, I'm going to trust your word and I'm going to return the credit to your card. obviously I'm going to go back to look for the girl who attended me the day she made the order and ask her what she did.?

I really like the different styles they have. When trying different shoes on, it was frustrating when the wrong shoes would be in the box, and the wrong sizes, and then the box would be missing a shoe and it wasn't the display. So that was a downer! The girl working there today was by herself and was kind and had a good attitude.

I've had foot surgeries, and its tough for me to find shoes to fit just right without added pain. I always find what I need shopping online and I store. No issues when I have to return a pair.
