This business is a prime example bad practices. I ordered a controller that was supposed to be special design. What I received was not what I ordered nor what was displayed in pictures. I went to the store to return it, and they wouldn’t refund the shipping. I paid $7 to be disappointed. Never ordering from GameStop again.

Bad customer service dude working was super miserable lack of knowledge lack on trying to help. Super overprice items. Found out they price match but the dude wasn’t happy about it. He practically made it seem the money was coming off his paycheck. Memberships went up $15 to $25 same benefits nothing new. Just their desire of making more money, don’t blame them everyone is doing it lol overall bad experience.

It's nice to have a local place to buy games. There isn't really anything spectacular about GameStop but it is nice to be able to trade in games.

Customer service is the worst!!! Prices are crazy high. Like a pre used game is $5 off the price of a new one. Ended up leaving an going to Target for the game got Amazing customer service an the game I wanted with no wait. Gamestop is a scam.

The Keizer GameStop is honestly the best in Oregon- I'd wager the best in the states! The staff go above and beyond for their customers and make every single experience a wonderful one. When you walk in, you aren't shopping- you're visiting friends! At tonight's Tears of the Kingdom launch we had a particularly special guest helping to keep up morale- Snowbell! It was SUCH a fun night taking pictures with him, talking to fellow Zelda fans, and enjoying what is normally a bit of a stressful situation (early launches) with the crew. I can't recommend this place more!
