Great team, and awesome service. From Zach and Mark up front to the team of capable mechanics in the neck, all around great service at an unbelievably low price. I had a difficult alignment to do on a vehicle after an accident and they went above and beyond to ensure it was done perfectly. I'll be back!

When my car broke down I called about 5 autoshops trying to find anyone who could get it in ASAP. No one else even returned my calls. Gills let me tow it there immediately, didn't charge me anything for storing it onsite a couple days till they could work on it or for a day after it was completed because I wasnt able to go get it immediately. They serviced it quickly once they were able to get to it, charged a reasonable price, and I'm satisfied with the work they did. Thanks guys 👍

Thank you to Gills Point S Tires for helping me with my TPMS issue. Came in with a sensor issue and they were quick to get the sensor addressed and TPMS replaced.

I have been getting my tires at Gills Point S Tire and Auto Services for about ten years. Their prices are reasonable and good quality. I highly recommend them. Very friendly staff and clean environment.

We've taken 3 vehicles to these guys over the last year. They have done work other mechanics quoted us far more and didn't charge us at all for smaller things. The work was done within a day. It's refreshing to find a fair, honest and fast mechanic.

Avoid this place at all cost for any Break related work to be done or replaced! I got brand new brakes here for both my cars after several trips and wasted time. They told me it was my struts making breaks squeak! On my SUV, the person apparently tightened my brakes too much. They did warranty those brand new that fixed the problem. But on my coupe, they did not. I waited several months for the new manager to call me after he quote on quote was going to do some investigating and issue a refund. He never did. I took my car elsewhere to get the brakes fixed. Boom! Problem solved. I had to waste time and money here. Zach is the only person I would trust here. Avoid this place! I will Never come to place ever again.

This is a good place to buy tires. The staff was helpful and were willing to answer questions about tires and the performance differences on them. The store was clean and well lit. The waiting chairs were clean without holes or grease on them. The front desk staff are friendly and understand what work is being done.

The customer service and expertise of Gills is top notch. Right from the get go, I was impressed with their customer service, honesty, and expedited work. I came in for a quote and they were able to diagnose the issue and provide recommendations without feeling pressure to “Buy Now”. Would highly recommend these individuals.

I stumbled upon this local gem in town when I left Les Schwab a bit upset and very disappointed. That’s another story….
Stopped by Point S and met Zach, I asked them what they would charge me for mounting and balancing 4 35” tires on 17” rims? The cost exceeded my expectations and I asked him when he could get it in? He said bring it back in two hours and he could make it happen. Done! Very happy with the way things went!
Now time for my Jeep to get new shoes….
I got a new tire hookup from a friend so I just needed mount and balance again. Made an appt. For 9:30, dropped it off on time, I expected about an hour, he said it would probably be more like 1.5, ok, I’ll wander around, network, and get breakfast. I came back at that time and they were a bit behind. At the two hour mark I was getting nervous because my next appt. for the day was approaching fast! 😬. I expressed my concern and another guy that doesn’t even work at this store jumped in to speed things up for me. Job was done right, service was excellent, and I will be back! This is my new tire shop!

Yesterday I had my battery die on me and after getting a jump stopped at Gills S Point in Keizer on my way home to see if they could check it for me. They got on it right away and let me know it was my alternator and older battery. They put in a new battery quickly and I requested to return the next day for the alternator repair. They went out of their way to help me which I appreciated after being stranded earlier. Returned today and they completed my repair. Very friendly staff every time I have been in for tires and oil changes.
They provided the exact cost before I okd the repair which was appreciated.

Went in with an older vehicle for an alignment. They recommended some additional related repairs and quoted very fair prices and great turn-around time. I had some concerns after the work was done, and got a little frustrated. However, Alex the manager, listened well and then he and his staff did everything to try and solve my problem. I left very satisfied with my experience. I'll be a repeat customer.
