I walked into some type of confrontation between an associate, “Steve” and a customer with limited English. The associate was yelling at him stating that “he’s in America and should speak English” and then implied that he was going to steal from the store. The customer attempted to record and the store associate grabbed the phone from the customer. Hopefully, the store has cameras with audio. For reference, this happened at 12:45 on 3/22. I get it, ppl all have their own beliefs and biases, but really? That’s a super bad look GNC. All 5 customers in the store were Spanish speaking/Hispanic including the other store associate, “Eduardo”, who looked absolutely mortified by his co-worker's behavior. Have some class GNC. Tbh, avoid this place and order on amazon prime.

We drove 30 minutes on a Saturday. Google says they close at eight. Their door says they close at 6 o’clock. There was two more customers that showed up. They did the same thing they need to fix their hours online if they care about their customers.I will change my review once they fix their online hours

I went in to this store so that I could redeem my GNC points towards a purchase. Since they didn’t have what I needed on their shelf they told they could order my item online. They ended up charging me in store when I used my card then again online without my knowledge and consent. I called corporate customer service and was informed I was charged by them for an auto-subscription I never authorized. I had to get corporate gnc to cancel and get a refund then was told my item was canceled and would have to return to the store to be refunded the charge I authorized. I had my gnc rewards removed and now they are gone. So I wasted gas, time and my rewards for terrible customer service. The cashier said he had no clue I would be charged for something he authorized without my consent. He took no responsibility for his service and all I got was an apology. I am done with GNC after this experience what a terrible company.

The guy working on Sunday March 6th at 12 pm , was just standing their didn't even greet hello or anything and didn't ask if I needed help while all his inventory is all over the place and all cup boards up top are all open . All I hear is him fluppining through magazines I hope he isn't the manager here that would be a real shame . Don't come here if you need help and know nothing about vitamins suggest you go to Salem health food store where they greet and ask you if you need anything otherwise your better off ordering online and reading reviews and figuring it out on your own . People really just hiring some anyone to fill a spot with no customer service and character .

Terrible store. They are advertising open hours and nobody is in the store. It’s closed during open hours and there is not even a sign saying they are closed. I was looking forward to purchasing supplements. But I guess I’ll have to go to THE VITAMIN SHOP. I understand why GNC is going bankrupt now lol. Jokes

Brought my dog in asking about a powdered supplemental, clerk seemed surprised but pleasant and quick to get me the info I needed to get me and my dog out ASAP
