“Fantastic range for safety and training. Want to shoot full auto in Salem? Come here! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Premium membership is expensive, however the ability to rent firearms for free, unlimited visits, and ability to bring a guest makes it worth it.

“I had an excellent shotgun handling and skeet shooting lesson with Kim. She is very knowledgeable (multiple excellent certifications) yet very patient and kind with me as a newbie.Mid Valley Clay has a large shooting range with multiple shooting stations made from old shipping containers. They also have a wide assortment of rental shotguns. Kim took the time to let me check out multiple shotguns, fit me with the best shotgun for me, and then site the gun to fit me. Finally, I was amazed that, with her instruction, I was actually hitting the clays reliably. She also show me how to use my own "home protection" shotgun safely and effectively.I highly recommend Kim as an instructor. And, if you want to learn to shoot skeet and/or try several shotguns before purchasing one, Mid Valley Clay is an excellent option.”

“Brought them an old mosin I got online so they could inspect it and check the headspace. Quick and cheap. Also brought in a 1911 that was malfunctioning in an odd way. They found the issue and solved it very cost effectively and stood behind their warranty. They seem knowledgeable and helpful. I will be taking all my firearms to them for service. They did inform me that they stay away from black powder revolvers however, so I will have to find someone else locally that can work on those”
