I'd expect their service to be decent but it seems all they can do is stand infront of my vehicle and talk about war and what not making my Anxiety go off... 1/5 worst location and won't recommend anyone else and will spread it through word of mouth

The number one place for basic vehicle maintenance.
Professional, prompt, and skilled had never had a single issue after the many times getting my families vehicles serviced here.
Not only that but they give a decent veteran discount as well.

Excellent service. Very friendly workers. They even offered to vacuum the inside of my car. They cleaned my windows. Very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back.

These folks will not perform the service they tell you to your face they performed. It really sucks that you would lie to somebody who drives professionally about something as trivial as airing up a tire, which I ended up having to pull over and do on the way to Eugene.

Said about 5 minutes (which was actually 3) about 5 minutes later I was driving out,oil changed. They even offered to vacuum my car. Very satisfied. So much so, I came home and took my friends car there for her oil change.

Got me right in, no wait, for an oil change. Whole process was pretty painless. And with coupon it was only around 50 bucks. So not bad at all. Would recommend trying these guys out.

I had just gotten an oil change somewhere else two days before heading out in a road trip in my giant Sprinter van with my four kids. We got just down the road from Portland and got a message that the oil was overfull, a major problem for a diesel engine. I pulled into the Jiffy Lube in Keiser and explained. They pulled out two quarts of oil, filled my coolant which was low, and my windshield washing fluid, charged me ZERO DOLLARS, and my kids and I were back on our way in record time. Thank you so much, guys! I called and asked for the manager but he was off today. Just wanted to report absolute five star service.

I took my car for an oil change. I was offered to have my windshield cleaned as part of the service. The customer service that I received has always been the best. I don’t go anywhere else when I my car service. I have been a customer at the Keizer Jiffy Lube for 5 years now. Keep up the good work.
