My car's oil change was way overdue I used to go to Valvoline for an oil change but a few weeks back I was at the Jiffy Lube on Lancaster in State Street when I pulled in because I had a blinker bulb out. The guy there changed the bulb and didn't charge me anything for it; he just asked that I start going to Jiffy Lube for my cars' needs. All of my experiences with Jiffy Lube have been amazing. especially the one in Keizer.

Bravo! I took my elderly mother in after she insisted that it was time to get the oil changed in her car because of the date on the sticker. She doesn't drive much anymore so she had not yet met the mileage recommendations for the change. The guys that met the car were so polite and patient. They thoroughly checked all the liquid and told her that she didn't need an oil and lube because of the low mileage. She was treated honestly and respectfully. It is a statement of the training and quality of the people working at the Keizer, OR Jiffy Lube. We are definitely telling everyone we know about the great experience. All our maintenance will be at this business! Thanks.

Went to Dallas Oregon Jiffy Lube looking for new windshield wiper blades and upon pulling up I was greeted and was informed my blades were $25,99 i then requested rain-x treatment for my windshield and they informed me they used a lesser product that did the same i agreed, how ever I was never told the price of the treatment which surprised me at $19,99 and that my wiper blades were $25,99 each, before committing any services the prices need to be explained in full details before starting service, " I was agreeing to false information/deception I was then tried to pressure into $100's of dollars of extra service I wasn't interested in by showing me what was burnt transmission and break fluid neither look fresh from my vehicle as it appeared to have already been dry or from another vehicle besides mine, also tried to.pressure sell power steering fluid, a service I thought was going to be $40 ended up being $60, I've had nothing but poor service from WILSONVILLE location doing my transmission with the wrong fluid to the Newberg store off hwy 99 refusing me service and wanting to charge me for products I was supplying, so Newberg wanted labor cost plus product cost " replacement headlights ' to the misleading and deceptive sells tactics and trying to pressure sale extra services for hundreds, I understand their desire to up sale for comission but I dont appreciate the poor services guess I'll have to go to Valvoline for service sence jiffy lube cant seem to act professional, Thanks For Tsking Time To Read This Tim Watson

I came in at the 11th hour for an oil change (right after I got off work) on 10/6/20. Ben and his crew provided speedy service, helpful advice on maintenance for my car, and were forgiving at helping me with my coupon which I fumbled with on my phone. Thank you for helping this work - fried lady keep her car running. Your excellent manners and service are VERY appreciated and will not be forgotten! :-)

I'm not exaggerating when I say excellent customer service! They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and their knowledge and experience helped me with problems that weren't even necessarily something they could fix and make a profit on. They seemed much more focused on building good long lasting customer relationships, and I appreciate that.

Every employee here is incredible at what they do. They communicate work efficiently and take genuine care of everyone that comes through. Robert, Dominic, Robby, and Nathan are all amazing people. I even had the pleasure to shake the owners hand and tell him how well he runs this location. They deserve a 5 stars I would recommend this jiffy lube to anyone with a smile on my face.

Maleek went above and Beyond. I didn't have time to get all the services done, but I will be back. He showed that he very much cared about explaining and also showing me the issues. Great job guys.

Went in to get our fuel filter changed at 5:00, the store didn't close until 6:00. Yet, when I walked in the lobby (using a cane). Ryan walked in and abruptly yelled at me, "YOU CAN'T COME IN HERE, THIS IS CLOSED!!" When I asked, "Don't you close at 6:00?," he again yelled, "Yes, but we only have 3 guys and I need to mop up early" I asked, "Where are people supposed to wait?," he yelled "In their cars!". Ryan then went out and yelled at Devon, who was very courteously trying to help us. We left and will never return.

Came back with a new car after my old one finally went kaput and thought I would update accordingly. The car has less than 18k miles on it so there wasn't really a whole lot to upsell me on. Staff here is generally pretty friendly and today was no exception. It's a Jiffy Lube. 'Nuff said. PS. Today was the first time I have ever been given the option of changing the next oil change refill distance. I was asked if I wanted the sticker to be set at 3k, 5k, or in between. Interesting.

In terms of Jiffy Lube, I felt this location had some of the nicest people. :) None of them pushed any of the product on me, in fact they missed a number of opportunities to do so. There was a dead mouse in my air filter (which was not pretty) and they joked with me about it and had a great time. This was the one extra thing I did... There was a dead mouse in the air filter after all... This is the one thing they, obviously, recommended changing. They did not recommend synthetic oil for my car, even though that is what it uses, I had to let them know. So I am not sure why some others here seemed to have such an issue. Also, to my understanding, they are supposed to ask how many miles you are planning on going for your next oil change, and they put that on your sticker, otherwise, 3,000 is the standard, and is not some sort of mind game, its just a guy being lazy, which isn't good either, but it is what it is. Everyone was super friendly, no one was pushy, they did what I told them to do, they asked questions. Overall, they did a good job. I'm not normally a Jiffy Lube person, usually I do Oil Can, which they tend be pushier there in my opinion a lot of the times as a rule, but that is just the nature of a place such as that. I don't think you can get mad for these places asking you for extra stuff, it is part of their policy, if you don't like that, go to Sears or somewhere where that's not an issue, like a local garage. Otherwise, you get what you pay for, and learn to so no. God Bless ~Amy

I freakin' hate Jiffy Lube. I can't say that this Jiffy Lube is any better than any other Jiffy Lube, but I always have anxiety every time I go there. I'm not the best car caretaker in the world and my car isn't in the best condition. Like other people, I am always afraid that something is wrong with my car that I won't understand and then I'll end up buying something for a ridiculous price that I don't really need. Uggh. When you're put on the spot, it's sometimes hard to say no because I don't want to LOOK like the car maintenance r***** that I really am! The same guy helped me the two times that I've been there and he pushes the upsell really, really hard! I did manage to withstand his onslaught but jeez, I felt beat up after. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes and not had as much pressure. The initial "bait" prices are really good and the service is very quick, but I've managed to find another place that's low-pressure and about the same price but it just takes them a little longer which I can definitely handle.

Getting the oil changed is a major pain - especially for me because my car is old and needs love (that I can't afford) and I have a great fear that a service tech is going to tell me I need to "change the air in my tires" or some such nonsense and I'm going to fearfully do whatever is suggested at some outrageous price. However, this is a very low-pressure Jiffy Lube. The staff are friendly and helpful and rarely cross-sell me other products or services. They run different specials (posted on the sign outside their location) and have coupons in the paper so you can usually get a deal of some kind. They also seem to do a thorough job & I love that they'll vacuum my carpets.
