As a business I would strongly suggest going with a different bank unless you prefer to only do night drops. How is it you can walk into a bank to do a deposit and they not have tellers. That doesn't make sense to have all consultants and not a single person who just stands at the counter. We have certain days we like to have our deposits done and paperwork filed and this place completely ruins that for us. And no we don't have time to wait for a consultant to open up we have a business to get back to last time we waited it took 20 mins.

We used Key Bank in Keizer for a mortgage because we bank there. Service had been great, we got a HELOC with no problem. The mortgage process went fine until closing. We had moved our closing date up and told this to our broker, Ben Gonzalez, SIX TIMES in the three weeks before we closed. On the day before we closed, he asked why he had not been informed about the new date. We, our realtor, and the escrow people all scrambled at the last minute to pull things together, stress none of us needed. No apologies from Ben.

Any place that refuses to allow customers to use the restroom is inhumane especially a place like a bank. Not even near man roads so it’s not like they can even use the homeless excuse (which isn’t a valid one).P.s credit unions are better.

As far as banking with key bank everything is great but I wouldn't recommend you working with Nicholas Schomus on a house refinance because he will work with you for 6 months and at the end he will walk away and will not call or answer a text just to let you know that he can not help you anymore, very unprofessional.

I would have given them no stars but that wasn't available. I had an account with this bank and for two years everything was good then one day I got a letter that they were going to close my account for lack of use. Crazy I have a direct deposit going into it monthly and a mortgage payment to key Bank and another student loan pmt coming out every month and there closing it due to lack of use. Well the said no worries we will fix it. Called me the next day said it was fixed ok great. The next month I get past due notices from Key band and the loan co. Check into it and the account was closed and the remaining balance in the account taken and sent to unclaimed property. So they closed my account that I'd been current with for two years and even paid a mortgage payment to their bank from. Charged me a late fee to add insult to injury and now no one will help get my funds back. 4 calls to their unclaimed property number all asked to leave VM and they would call me. That's been 4 days ago now. So still no money the late payment is still on the account even though I went to the branch and paid the payment. If you use this bank you better make sure your account is still there. If I don't hear from them soon next stop Lawyers office...

Train the customer service phone staff and require them to be responsible. Customers have to go through the toll free number and phone tree rather than have direct numbers to reach supervisors for follow up. Executive client services staff (who report directly to the president of the bank) ignored their own guidelines of three days to return phone calls and lacked basic and professional customer service skills that should be expected in every customer service situation (and even more at this level)!
