I can here to get the first photo done in my nails for my birthday/vegas. The second photo is what I got. I asked the nail tech if the colors that I chose needed a solid color under them to make them brighter and closer to what I wanted and she said no. So I trusted her and when she was done they were nothing like what I wanted. I sat with them trying to just like them because I hate to cause a problem… but it was just so hard to look at them everyday. So I called and they said to come in at 2 o clock the next day and they would fix them. I got there at 2 o’clock and they treated me so rudely. They blamed me and said I picked the wrong colors and I told them that I had asked the nail tech to put a solid color under the glitter and she refused. The man at the front desk argued with me and was so rude to me. He told me to come back in two hours because the nail tech who did them was busy. I told them that I have a flight to Vegas and I couldn’t come back, which was the whole reason I wanted my nails done in the first place, they said oh well. So I asked for a refund and they miraculously were able to get me in right then to fix them. I ended up just getting a solid color because I didn’t want her to ruin them again. I asked if someone else could do them because I didn’t trust her to do them again and they refused to let me change nail technicians. DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve asked them before to do certain nails and they always refuse. They won’t do chrome, or really any designs. They completely ruined my Vegas/ birthday nails. Not worth it at all I will never come back.

I walked in here because they were open and I was on that side of town. I got a soak off and changed to dip powder from acrylic. Thi did my nails. She really did a lovely job and paid attention to small details that make a difference. I was very happy with my experience here. And Thi did a nice job.

One star only because they accommodated us and stayed late to finish. But the quality of work deserves 0 stars my nails are so ugly. They are lumpy none of them are the same length or thickness. I asked for square (how can you mess up square nails) they gave me duck nails😒 skinny on my nail then flared out at the ends. The nails they used were too big for my fingers and instead of switching to a skinnier one they just trimmed the sides of the fake nail. The sides aren’t painted all the way and underneath the nail right by my finger is full of acrylic and glue they didn’t even try to clean it off. Three days later I’m still picking nail glue and acrylic off my SKIN. Definitely will never be back. They also have signs all over the place asking you to pay in cash to “keep costs low” but we all know that’s so they don’t have to report what they make. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t even ask what one I wanted just gave me the most expensive one and didn’t even massage my legs. They don’t go over prices and then charge double what they have posted on the wall. My friend paid $47 for a fill when the sign said $22. Never again! Two thumbs down 👎

The lady was super nice and talked with me and everyone was understanding of my baby I brought with..which was nice. I am disappointed with the outcome of my nails tho. My ring fingers are super thick and not smooth and you can see my nature nail underneath the nail. There was air bubbles that you can see as well. I just don't think I'll be going back ? ?

Pedi.25 minute wait After appointment time. I had to ask the girl to put water in. They had me sitting in a chair with no water. She pours cold water and I asked could you warm that up. She had a little warm water but didn't ask if it was o k , it wasn't. I literally got up and walked out with wet feet and flip flop.

My wife got a dip powder manicure here. She waited over 30 minutes past her scheduled appointment time. She got dip powder manicure and it didn’t look good at all when she left. Some of her nails were smudged and they wouldn’t fix it. She will never be back to this nail salon.

I made an appointment for my husband and I to get pedicures. Then i also said i might want a Medicare. But wasnt sure. But i also told them i need my brows wax. Which he said not s problem. They did a good job on pedicures. I decided I didn't want a manicure when I was there. I left them know after after they finished my pedicure when I was waiting for my toes to dry. They said okay. Didn't look happy. They looked pisssed. Even though I told them I might. But wasn't sure. I asked if I can still get my brows wax. They said they didn't have time. There was only one other customer in there. Know one else. I know it doesn't take long to do brows. I'm like oooookkkkkk...... when I made my appointment I wanted my brows done also. They said they never got told. Even though when we got they I asked just to make sure. So I'm like okay. That's fine. I told my husband I will just go to the place I normally go too. I asked are my toes complelty dry. She felt them and said yep. They are dried. So I put my shoes on. Payed and left. I got home like an hour later. Took off my shoes. Snd toes. Half the paint color on my big toe came off. I'm like really. There went dryer like she said. Don't want to go back to have them fix it. So I will just go a get bottle of polish to change the color. It's a simple blue color. Probably won't go back. I havent had any issues with them before them

I have been going to this establishment for a few years: never any really big issues. Today however I had an appointment for 1 pm pedi/mani. I wasn’t seated/helped until past 1:30. My polish is streaky and see through on my toenails. I wasn’t able to get my manicure due to the girl at the front accepting more customers. I called in to ask if I can get this fixed and RESCHEDULED my manicure only to be met with a rude attitude. Typically the quality is better but they were overbooked today and super busy and I was rushed out. Very disappointed.Services: Pedicure

I went In today for me and granddaughter to get our nails done for her wedding on Saturday. The nail tech was extremely rough, our polish is streaked and badly applied, the acrylic is extremely thick and stuck all over our hands. It's also unevenly applied. I've been a long time customer for probably about 15 years now. After this I will not be back. I only put one star because it's the only way I can leave a review.
