I was here yesterday and had a piece of Walmart cut. They are willing to help me and I told the guy to size at least three times even even after he cut it I was like I feel like this looks short he told me it’s exactly 57 inches and it wasn’t. It was 47 inches and now it’s really messed up And spend $40 to fix the mistake. I tried calling and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. It’s just super frustrating because it was a very simple cut almost in half. Now I have to spend additional time and money and wouldn’t be able to get a refund for the original board anyways.

My goodness, what's happened with customer service? I was just at the Lowe's store and asked for help with a large bag of plant potting mix. (my hands were full). "It's up against the wall". "Ummm, I know can I get help or is there some outside closer to my car, I need the largest bag." Young man brings on a HUGE cart, the smallest bag of soil. "No that's not it...". I walked over, put the other purchases on the bag and hoisted it and all the other things in my hand to the front of the store. He watched me and never offered help. OMG, seriously?! This happened before with 25 bags of mulch. Good thing I'm capable. Lazy doesn't keep customers....!!

They will cancel on you the day of installation. So you are now stuck with your living room unusable till next week. Might I add they cancelled IN the time window so no time to change plans. Customer Service just almost like talking to AI and I am just so frustrated with Lowes. Don't get windows through them.
Might i add one of the selling points low did to make us choose them was quick installation because our windows are broken and have holes in them. They made us take our curtains down the only thing keeping insects outside. I now will have to figure out a different method because I cant put the curtains up yet because the windows are not replaced.

It’s just like any other home improvement center. There are a few great staff members there. You have to pick through the lumber carefully, because there are a lot of bad boards.

I ordered an 8x10 area rug,
Got the email it was ready for me to pick it up..Got to Lowe's and the
area rug that was sent was round not an 8x10..I received Excellent ?? Customer Service from Lowe's..I left the Store with an area rug that looks great and is 8x10 so very impressed by my experience at Lowe's.. Thanks for
working with me.. Can't say it enough I received Excellent Customer service..Love ? Lowe's

I have never had to deal with a more misogynistic jerk than Alberto. He was highly unprofessional and rude. So unprofessional he kept hitting his vape while talking to me, an arms length away. I called the property owner so they could witness this interaction and they were also horrified by Alberto and his partners behavior.
They refused to remove the old appliance which was discussed and paid for during purchase.
Alberto told me to sign for the service so he could leave. I refused since the service that was paid for was not completed. He just scoffed and scribble signed for me. Thats forgery.
The Property Rental company I work for has always used Lowe’s, and Alberto just lost you a loyal customer.
I am just happy that this wasn’t my personal residence, because Alberto is a scary individual.
This man is a liability!
