Was told one price than once rung up told a completely different price. Two employees completely ignored me in the middle of said sale and I was there for nearly an hour with no one in the shop but one other customer,
Terrible customer service as well as price inconsistency, ? I used to love this shop but today was a BIG eye opener and I will be shopping around for a new cell provider due this single experience!

Metro ever since T-Mobile your service has sucked. My wife and I have been loyal customers for many years and never dropped a call. Now we are dropping calls all the time and are about to look for a new provider. We don't want to have to do this but we are feeling that we have too. And you don't have any deals for current customers just new ones.

Went in for earbuds on my lunch, Tristan ended up helping me find what I needed. He also installed liquid glass to my phone and gave me a awesome demo on how durable it is. I was very happy with the enthusiasm and friendly engagement from the staff!
