The staff goes the extra mile for customers at Michael's--Keizer Station. I shop at this location every few months. It is always a pleasant experience. I had some old photos framed and matted several months ago at this location. One frame fell apart recently. I brought it into the Framing Department today. They replaced it, no charge, and had it ready for me within 30 minutes!

We walked in without an appointment and Reo was so, so helpful. They spent over an hour with us discussing and helping us find what we wanted. We will definitely be back and hope to see Reo again.

This was the absolute worst experience. I've been coming here for years and never had any issues till tonight. It was 14 minutes until closing and there wasn't another single customer in the store. I selected several items and a couple strings of beads that were on clearance and took them to the register only for one of them to not ring up on clearance. The manager (Marie) had walked up about that time and rudely interrupted stating if it didn't ring up on clearance, it wasn't on sale. She said they were closing (14 minutes) and wouldn't allow me to show the cashier where I got them and the clearance sign. I said that I knew right where I got them and again no customers and she said they are not on sale and he's not going to look! I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager so I asked to speak to and she said go ahead and call corporate and said my name is Marie.

I always enjoy stopping here when I go to Salem. The staff is always friendly and the store is easy to navigate.

Fun store for holiday decorating and baking needs. I stop by this Michaels a few times a year close to the holidays. I've made huge Christmas wreath with supplies from Michaels. They have great seasonal sales. I'm going to check out the picture framing department next.

We went in looking for a specific tie dye item we thought they were out of, and the nicest associate Panda, helped us get it. She was wonderful.

Two of my mats were cut larger than the dimensions I gave and didn't fit my frames. All three of the double mats I received had openings that were cut uneven, with the top mat having uneven visible exposure, and the exposure of the bottom mat being uneven as well. Since she entered the incorrect size for two of the mats, I was over charged $25, then had to spend time cutting them down myself as they were for Christmas gifts. She called me the day they were to be done to tell me they were out of the standard black mat I ordered and offered an alternative. When I asked if they were still going to be done that day she said “oh, they should be. I’ll start working on them.”. I was told I would be notified via email and a follow up phone call when they were ready but was never notified and had to call to see if they were done the next day. The reason I chose to pay what was supposed to be $90 but ended up being $115 was to save myself the time of cutting my own, and then ended up spending hours trying to fix what wasn’t right. I definitely will not be returning for matting or framing services again.

Just thought everyone would like to know that the employees do not keep their word. I was promised a refund by Tonya in June and she still has not refunded my money. I have called and emailed her numerous times and she refuses to call me back or email me. This is not good customer serves!!

Yes. This is one of the best places to get arts and crafts supplies. I got sharpies, colored pencils, hot glue refills and a lot of other stuff. The place has great stuff, selections, and service. Highly recommend!

Inadequate. They had a clearance tag on shelf, when I tried to purchase they said it was outdated and shouldn't have been there ( tells me they are not giving enough hours to their tag crews ) the employee took tag down and threw in trash. I asked if they were going to honor the listed price. They told me no, it's in the trash. I, flabbergasted at his rudeness, asked why they were not going to honor the price, he simply replied I don't have to honor anything, the tag is in the trash. ..sad. I used to love shopping here, will be taking my business to a place that is cordial and doesn't treat me like an idiot!!

Great selection, always a coupon going and great prices with them. Word to the wise definitely wait for whatever your needing/wanting to go on sale- because its constantly changing. Unfortunate that they are only clear in Keizer but probably worth the drive for their craft camps. I wish I would have known about their points program this entire time but apparently receiving their emails doesn't count. Nevertheless the store is usually clean and organized but the service can be slow or non existent since they look like the under staff or don't have enough customers.

Not the best or worst Michael's I have been too. They lacked a lot of stock I have seen at other locations which was a bit disappointing and the staff was pretty unfriendly but hay, if you have a coupon....

My wife has had poor experiences with Michaels before and there return policy, but what happened today took the award for the worst customer service I've seen at a national retailer. I stopped by this location after work yesterday and grabbed some items for my wife's work project, of course I grabbed the wrong item, so she had to return it (Unopened, in new condition). Not to worry I kept the receipt. Not at this Michaels, my wife went in to exchange the item, EXCHANGE!!!!, and the lovely staff at Michael's accused her of finding the receipt in the parking lot and trying to scam Michaels in some grand scheme, out of the $4 difference in the items. I didn't realize burlap goodie bags were a hot seller on the streets. I understand theft is an issue, but clearly there is some misdirection at this location with how to put customers first. The fact that the "supervisor" that was called up didn't just take care of it speaks to the poor management of this building I truly pray we never have to return to buy anything here.
