I love Misfit Design Pet Spa. The entire team is so kind and caring with my dog. My dog absolutely loves them and cannot contain her self when we go there. Her groom is always excellent. I would 100% recommend.

Always friendly and helpful. My pup loves seeing her at outside events, and runs up for love and attention. They have excellent communication, clear posted policies, and keep you informed about updates and changes. This little pup of mine can be a bit of a handful, but they have always worked well with her and found fun ways to control the tongue from the incessant licking. Prices are VERY fair and even cheap for the 1:1 experience each pet gets!

Love the Misfit Design team. They truly care for animals and do an excellent job in grooming. My dog's hair cut is always perfect.I would highly recommend for any size of dog.

The girls did a great job on my pug I loved the final product it looked so great great customer service and they all have a great attitude and would highly recommend taking your dog.

Brought my German Shepherd and my Min-Pin in for a nail trim and bath, they came home looking & smelling absolutely beautiful and the nails were trimmed to perfection. The employees are so sweet and so loving with the animals & they are very timely and respectful. My boys had such a great time and I received pictures of how much fun they had! Love these girls and love the work they do!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Aujonae for years. Their hair cuts are perfect and she is so mindful of all my senior dogs issues. I recommend her to all my friends.

They accused of being late to pick up our dog and charged us $30 and threatened not to give us back our dog unless we paid $120

I used to love it here but no more shes chargibg double anywhere else and that says shes gonna call you wheb there ready and messages you and than charges 1 dollar a min your late as i have always beeb propt on my pick up usually less than 5 mins i get charged 120 for my 9lb dog will never give my buisness or anyone else here again d & j are cheaper and just as good so is its a ruff life cause she charges 90 or above for smal 150 and above for med and god know what for large dogs this is not okay they should have called us lile she said she was going to not message sometimes we dont see message for a few ....bailey messages us at 531 that she was ready which gives us 15 mins to come get her at 551 we already got charged 30 how when the 15mins was not even up till 546???? I appaled as i did love it here but i was willing to pay the extra 5 mins she was late but how did you factor in 30 when i have messages from bailey at 531 that she was ready to go?

The fist time I took my dog here they did a great job. The last time it was horrible she had 3 cuts on one side of her face 2 over an inch long . They tried to cover it up with liquid bandage. She didn't even smell clean. She in bald in some places and it shaved way to short 1/4 Inch. The cut is uneven and they never told me they injured her. I can't belive it. Maybe they just aren't good at shaving. I don't know but I will never go back.the also insisted my dog weight was 65 pound to get more money . My dog is 50 pounds at the most.

Aujonae is great with our dogs - super patient with our wiggly little dog and so gentle with our senior dog. They all look and smell terrific. I’m so happy for the opening of the new shop!!
