I’m so disappointed in this bank! Once I pay off my car I’ll be getting a new bank. This bank isn’t fair at all and doesn’t understand we don’t want the car and can’t afford it like it’s something we can’t afford having 3 cars and need the only one that’s not drivable gone. Like it’s so stupid i don’t know how they expect us to pay for something we simply can’t afford. We poor people not rich we don’t grow money out of our butts.

Never been to this Branch but probably will not return due to the fact that they don't stay open to their hours that they say they say they're open from to 5:30 and at 5:15 their doors are locked!

The Keizer Oregon bank really has terrible service, its employees need more training and learn more how to treat people, I simply do not recommend this bank.

Spent most of the day calling back and forth between the issuer of a payment and the bank to figure out what happened - both sides were very professional, but it was a very frustrating situation nonetheless… Then I finally walked into the branch to get it all resolved and May was stellar! She was so helpful, made some calls and was able to figure out what was going on very quickly. I was given all the information I needed for resolution and I can move on with the weekend knowing exactly what to expect with the upcoming weeks (as we work toward remedying the mix up). I’ve never worked with other people at this branch, but I can say that May was professional, kind and all around awesome. Great experience at the bank on a busy Friday (at the end of the month no less!), which was unexpectedly wonderful. Thank you!!

Absolutely terrible. I used on point credit union for my last auto loan and they were extremely fast at responding. I can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone and it takes them hours if days to respond to their emails. Do not recommend getting a loan three this branch

May Ransom made the loan process so quick and easy! It was my brothers first time applying for a loan and May was very patient and sweet during the whole process. Got him approved in less than 48hrs. Definitely recommend this bank instead of OneMain Financial. Thank you, May! :)

It is extremely difficult to do anything with them. Just making a payment on a loan with there website is nearly impossible. When you call them to make a payment or ask about anything you have to answer like 10 minutes worth of “verification questions”. Nothing is easy with them. Would not recommend.
